I run my 25s at 90/95 on Ultegra 6700 wheels (165lbs). I have run them as far down at 75/80R but was too worried about pinch flats. Not sure on the rim width though.

To me it is not worth the risk to damage a tubs on a trail training ride where I might be a 1 hour+ ride from the car. I really do not want to walk back to the car.

Be aware Cannondale will not honor the warranty on the fork if you put spacers above the stem. They claim it increases the chance of the steer tube cracking. FYI.
