Nice bike, LM: looks new, though nubs do stay on tires longer than we'd think. Nice complement to your Synapse too. Just need a bottle cage or two.

Probably large. I'm 6'1, 190, 33" inseam, and 34" sleeves: my bikes are all Ls, 19s, variations of large. Always depends on the bike AND on how it fits and feels to you.
