Even at 100 you are still 50+. Stay on the bike. My blood pressure last week was 110 over 70, the same as when I was 18. I wish cycling was as good for my hair as it seems to be for the rest of me.

Doesn't rain much here in Socal. Used just drive when it did. But in the last 2 downpours I just put my work clothes in plastic. Wore shorts and a sleeveless to minimize soakage. Quite exhilarating....
