I really have nothing bad to say about my SPD-SL. It took me a little while to get used to clipping in, but beyond that they are fantastic.

Funny. I was getting cramps on every single ride around mile 25-30. Then I went and bought Endurolytes FIZZ and started dropping 2 in each bottle. No cramps since, including a century last month....

When I am being particularly cheap I use Schick Extreme 3 sensative w/vitamin E and aloe. I get them in an 8 pack...costs around $12. Best disposable I've used so far.
