How can that be accomplished? Are axles perpendicular to dropouts enough? (aka both sides just as far in/out)? Assuming chainline is off, shouldnt the cog be somewhat angled to line up an off-axis...

50T chainring, 18T cog. Bike came with record crankset so just reused the parts for the conversion. I'm too clumsy with toe clips, prefer function over aesthetics. Not exactly a true vintage look...
