Confirmed with "Stans No Hubs" that my hub is a standard Hyperglide (HG) hub that will take a Deore m5100 cassette. Looking forward to pedaling that 51 tooth gear uphill.

The FD cage was slightly twisted. I twisted it just a hair - that solved 75% of the rub. The rest was just loosening the limit scew. Thanks guys!!

Yeah 3mm isn't gonna make a difference. For now I'm going to flip the stem (90mm, 10 degree) and move some of the spacers under the stem to above the stem.

Sounds I need to either get fitter or reduce my intensity / ride length to avoid napping after my rides. Fair enough. I'll go back to 20 mile rides and build up from there.
