I don't want to be too critical, because you both have good starts on your site. But there are some things that, in my graphic/Web designer opinion, could be changed. You both want to communicate your messge, your information, but you've done some things which hinder that. One pointer for each for now:
Saolaris, lose the background. It's too busy and detracts from your great pictures.
Encrypted: It's nearly impossible to read your white text on the medium grey background. Make the text black or some other dark color or change the color of the boxes.
You asked. I'll be happy to give more pointers if you'd like.
