This is one of the bicycles that followed me home last week: a custom Hargreaves.
I have never heard of the framebuilder, but I did find a "Bill Hargreaves Cycles" in W. Yorkshire, England... same guy?
Other than a few dings and rust spots the frame is in great shape, just faded paint and chipped decals.
