frame/fork is doable at that or less
complete bike would be low at $450 -- that is $200 under a streamroller with much better tubing & rims
it would be real hard to hit $450 delivered
that is only $100 over a Kilo TT to get Platinum OX, Sugino RD, rims w/ eyelets, frt brake, aheadset --
I'll push the suppliers harder - but that is real low on the complete bike

can probably do the frame/fork for $250 delivered easy.
