You simply don't know what you're talking about. It sounds like you have no real understanding of cycling or tacticts from your posts. Do you even ride? There is no magic to cycling.
Climbing is a physics issue. When the slope is great enough, the greatest limiter to moving is no longer wind resistance, but the force of gravity. The more power you can put out in relation to your weight means you can go uphill faster. There is no mystical climbing ability that you are either bestowed are aren't bestowed.
It's simply that some people naturally have better power numbers, and others have to work harder to get those numbers. And others can never physically reach those numbers no matter how hard they train.
You should really learn more about cycling and tactics instead of spouting off your mouth.
A few races I have done are Olympics, World Champs and the Giro. No matter how much power you gave me, I could never time trial. Take your calculators back home.
