Kilo TT Stripper Sizing? Please Help!!!

I know this has probably been asked thousands of times, but I really need some help. Im about to order the kilo stripper and im kinda torn between the 50cm and the 47cm. Im 5'4" and i have a 28" inseam. what size should i get?

get a 47, kilos run big 3cm.

its got a semi sloping tt.

some members hate sloping top tubes. i think it looks just fine.
