I know this has probably been asked thousands of times, but I really need some help. Im about to order the kilo stripper and im kinda torn between the 50cm and the 47cm. Im 5'4" and i have a 28" inseam. what size should i get?

Where can I order that one, and does it come with a Tickle Me Elmo front brake?
