Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I think he intended to post the kid's actual speech. That first video was miserable to watch.

That was awesome. I'm hoping this summer to teach my daughter to ride w/o the training wheels. If I'm lucky maybe she'll let me put some oreos or something in her jersey pocket. That would be awesome.

Know the feeling. My 9 year old daughter on her first tri with the new bike. She was so happy just riding.

I love the guy wiping his nose with his entire hand in the background.

But seriously, that's cool that she's already doing triathlons at that age.

I think the bike is way, way cool!! And her smile is worth a million bucks!

PS: Seat might need to be a bit higher. That is all.

I still feel "happy of myself" after riding. Been riding roadbikes for just shy of 30 years.

I'm coaching kids 7-17 and they remind me why I ride a bike.

Rock and roll!
