Finally Finished the Faggin!
As anticipated, my girlfriend and I had a great time putting this together. I gave her full access to anything in my workshop to use so it was interesting to see what she chose and why. There are a few things that arent fully finalized like bar tape, and rims/tires but here it is as it stands and rides:

Very nice. I really like that frame...cool to see it come together.
