Felt Rant
#4
Anyone buy a brand new, from the dealer, in the box, Felt frameset only to discover a rear triangle issue? Like what, you may ask. Oh, how about that fact that it tracks 3mm to the left!!! And yes, the wheel is properly dished!!!
What's the deal??? Doesn’t Felt inspect things PRIOR to shipment!!!

There's a thread here about a CAAD10 owner who had an issue with his rear dropout spacing.
Cannondale is supposedly taking care of it right away. Felt just issued a recall for another of
their bikes, so they look like they are honorable players. They'll probably take care of you.

i would imagine building a CF frame is more like making a pinata than machining steel. things are a little less precise in general, and quality control must take up the slack...
