I don't consider Nashbar very good, but if you do, you might like Performance. You should also check out REI, MEC (if you live in Canada), AEBike, Wallingford Bikes, TheTouringStore, Harris Cyclery, Sage Cycles, Ebay, Universal Cycles, CETMA Racks, Reload Bags, Peter White Cycles, Velo Orange, Toeclip.com, Swobo, Ibex, Chain Reaction Cycles (Great Britain, but they ship worldwide), Arkel, and Rapha. I haven't purchased something from each of them, but some of them have hard-to-find parts, cheap stuff, a wide selection, quality products, and/or exclusivity that you can't find anywhere else.

I used to only shop at Ben's. But I tried Business Cycles and I was very impressed, they shipped the same day and I got my package like three days later via USPS.

Ben's is also a little overpriced.

Velo Orange is the cats vag if you like retro french/ japanese randonneur-y stuff. They are in the same ballpark as rivendell but with a simpler cleaner aesthetic. Great shipping rates too.
Universal Cycles also ships without charging an arm or leg, and they have a great automated price matcher that will fall for a dirty trick every once in awhile.

For track specific bikes, advice and parts, one can't beat John Dace at www.businesscycles
For all-around bike support, the folks at www.webcyclery have always treated me very well, and generally matched the lowest price I can find.
They build great wheels and have put together two bikes for me with good advice and at a good price.
