It sounds fun to me. I haven't been to Redbones for a bit and would love a peice of catfish.

What, are we the only people who actually ride in this damn town?

Anyhow, I would love to but I have a friend of a friend who's having a quitting-my-job party, so I'm committed to that. But don't let me stop you, rock on . There's lots of BBQ in the world (and even in Boston!), so we can always do it again. I'm sure I won't have to twist too many arms.

Wish I could! For those not from Boston, Reedbones is a rib joint in Somerville (just outside Boston) that is bike-friendly to the point of having VALET PARKING for bikes. The food rocks too!

I love Redbones to the point that I had them cater my rehearsal dinner, but the very best BBQ I have ever had comes from a place outside of Austin named Kreuz Market. My "god" they are good. OK so why don't we just skip Redbones and take a ride down to Austin?

Bikes: unknown road conversion, half built Benotto track

I will have to wait until tomorrow to know if I can be involved in this one. I have to see if I have to go down to UMASS and get in a fistfight with one of the UNIX admins. I am taking a night class there and they are giving me a really hard time about creating an account. I might have to be down there around the time for the ride. Where is the meeting place? Copley? I really want to make it to this one since I nearly died on the way to the Blizzard of '05 ride and had to abort.

Indeed. I was wondering where Dartmouth met Berkeley and thinking what a random place that was to meet. Dartmouth & Boylston is Copley, between Trinity and the library, right where we met the last time. Easy enough.

I'm not sure what bike I'll ride. I've been riding the rain rig all week, but the fenders kind of rattle and I've been pretty spun out all week. It's supposed to be really nice tomorrow. or today. or whatever. So maybe I'll take out the other bike instead. Be nice to really crank it up for a bit, I feel like I've lost some speed. I'm going to run up to Broadway Bike School to pick up a rim and spokes so maybe that'll give me a better sense. End rambling.

Yeah, for sure. Maybe a longer ride next time (or maybe I'm the only one). Perhaps one of these days one of us can actually plan out a route so that we don't spend so much time going uh...hmm..yeah, I don't know.

Anyhow, I DID bring a camera and I was kicking myself when I got back because I forgot to shoot anyone. Doh!

Since I was about a block behind you guys for the whole entire ride I got to see a lot of went on, but what the hell happened on Mass Ave Alexi? Did that girl on the bike cut you off or something? It was fun but I'll need to get back on the bike a little more. That was the most riding I've done since early December. I hope I didn't hold you guys up too much. The weather is improving so I'll have to get my fairweather commuter ass in gear.
