Fuji Advantage

Fuji Advantage
10 speed road bike

Has anyone heard of this model? I saw one today at a resale shop. It looks complete, needs cleaning and a re-tire. Has the "side pull" brakes. (Is there another name for these?) and looks like maybe a entry level.
I can have it for 20 dollars. Would it be a good reseller? parts or whole?

IMHO, I buy all the complete, $20 Fuji road bikes I can find. and some the cost more than that. If I sell them, I sell the whole bike, but that's your decision.
Sorry, I'm not familiar with the Advantage model. T-Mar is the Fuji expert, maybe he can provide some information about that model.

Bump for a Fuji.

Good pics would help determine value. Especially of the components.

NICE FIND! Granted, the Absolute is an entry level Fuji, that's still really nice for $20. A twin to your bike recently sold in my area for $80 without the index shifters (converted to friction). Granted it had new, Performance tires ($15 for the pair), but that should give you a benchmark. You have a chromoly main frame and alloy wheels. BTW I believe that's a 1988 model.
I rode one of those recently. The frame was not as lively as I like, it was a little stiff for me, but some people prefer that.
It has horizantal dropouts so the fixie crowd would like to buy that frame. If you should decide to go fixie, I'll buy the rear DR and the shifters.
