I like the small pic in the upper right on the backside - the yellow derailleur and brake caliper. What's up with that? Or are they gold anodized? In any case, I note they put the backside jockey wheel cage plate on backwards. I always enjoy finding errors like this in bike advertising materials

Nice handlebar bag.
Oh yeah, and a 1951 Rollfast frame and various parts for her (her name is Beryl as she will be green like an emerald)
Piezo horns number 2, 3 and 4k, all similar except one branded, the Hong Kong made single D cell kind that are kinda bullet shaped the a flat slotted front and attach to the handlebars with a C bracket.
More is on the way but I'm not starting a thread on it when I have to log out to see my pictures in IE. That's why I killed the Tempest thread.

Today (Sunday) USPS dropped off a box from Amazon with a USB rechargeable headlight/taillight combo for my commuter. 350 lumen max but also had medium and low steady settings, and a very bright flashing mode. Taillight is either steady red, steady white, alternating red/white, and two red flashing modes - but one is Morse 'SOS' (... --- ...)

A very cool collection of 70s Ghanaian music, delivered fresh to my doorstep from the UK. Oh, wait, this is about bikes.

They look coated, but I couldn't really say with what from here - cool effect though. I wonder how long the pulleys would look that sharp for. The bars being rotated toward the ground is a bit of a wart, adds a human touch to the presentation I guess.

Got a very nice set of Gran Compe aero levers. better condition than I had hoped. These will replace the mismatched chewed-up pair on my Miyata 710.

Lezyne Macro GPS bike computer and a speed/cadence sensor. I needed these but they had to be the first things I bought in order to support my story that the new bike is all about fitness

Finally.... a missing orphan rim has found its brother! Got a Weinmann 913 rim from @tyler_fred to go with the one I have. He even threw in the Mallard front hub for luck. It was a good trade with him.

I picked these up from a French ebay seller, and they arrived yesterday. I'm keeping my options open in case I decide to replace the Suntour Barcons on the 1972 Gitane TdF.

Head tube alignment bar. One half threads into the other as one inserts it into the frame's head tube, typically when the frame is mounted by it's shell on one's surface plate. The conical forms are pressed tightly into thetube ends, centering the bar axially to the tube. The bar has a few ground surfaces which are all of the same diameter (well within .001" of same) to serve as the points that an indicator will be contacting it at. This establishes the bar's parallelness WRT the surface plate and therefor the frame's center plane. Andy.

Today was Pedal Day for me; I received:
1) A pair of Lyotard Berthet No. 23 pedals (probably for the 1972 Gitane TdF)
2) A pair of SR SP-11 pedals with SOMA toe clips (inspired by the Lyotard Berthet No. 23!) for the 1988 Miyata 615

Awesome! The greatest Klein ad ever!
I am impatiently awaiting a small lot buy of a Campy memorabilia item today. Can't post a pic or it will show up smashed or something. Surprising the things that pop up on a Vintage MTB FB page.
