eBay would be my guess. They typically fall in the $300-$450 range for a frame or frame set.

^^typically....I have been seeing EVERY caad9 on ebay go for at LEAST $500...even caad8....I got mine for $300 on ebay...it was an auction with the reserve set to $150...i told the guy i would give him $250 to end it early and he did!...$50 later for shipping and i have a $300 frame. to put my 09 rival and ritchey WCS bars and stem on!

now what wheels....

and why in the world would I do this when i can get a braze on...with the right clamp on adapter...then when i am done with the current frame..I can get a new $10 adapter if current one does not fit...or use the braze on if its a braze on frame....right?

CAAD9...I really love mine. Originally purchased as a crit bike, I found myself training on it solely for about five months this year. Century training rides, climbing in the mountains, pretty much anything. I was truly shocked that the ride wasn't more harsh, having come from carbon. I missed her, so I swapped pedals and rode her just short of 70 miles this afternoon.
