I'm not In any of the two groups you all speak of..

I've landed on my head too many times, dented a few helmets But I am absolutely sure none of us will get out of here alive..
So get a mountain bike and find some REAL single track trails and ride that bike between those trees and over those drops and rollers like you stole it...
Don't be careless but try and be that crazy kid you once were,,,

I don't plan on leaving a good looking corpse,
but I do plan on leaving screaming with exhilarated joy as I exhale my last breath

I love it! I got the bases covered. Crazy MTB, fast Roadie and Quick Cross bike. One will certainly kill me but I will go out having fun!
Keep riding and it happens QUICK!
