Then on sunday I'm doing a 150 mile ride, which I've done before, but this will be the first time this year. ... Then on Sunday July 17th I'm doing a double century.
But what I'm wondering is if two weeks before I do the triple if I should do back to back to back centuries (Three in three days) and maybe that will help with the mental preparation as well?
Is this regimen adequate? What would you do different?

On the shorter rides you mention, include intervals and hill work.
