I like wearing t-shirts with cool prints, but I don't have any vintage ones. Now I'm inspired to buy some. Does anyone know where I can them?

Wow, there are some awesome t-shirts here! I'm definitely interested in purchasing a few of these pieces. My best friend is a huge fan of metal music, and I'm on the hunt for the perfect vintage shirt for his birthday. I've already come across a great selection here. What do you guys think of them? Can anyone recommend a particular one for me to choose?

Looks like they also house a non-profit now and still going strong as a co-op as well.

He's closed up shop now right? I was there a few years ago and he was selling everything off to move to Europe.

two things about this amaze me...

1. there are other people who can't/won't throw out a ratty old t-shirt.

2. there are people who want ratty old t-shirts!?

I always liked that graphic of the three overlapping track riders. That was used on the Raleigh signs too.
Did anyone ever sell posters of that design?

Steve in Peoria
(I still have my old "Nudist Christian Church" t-shirt from Ames, Iowa, circa 1985 or so. The concept of an alleged nudist organization selling clothing was amusing. The "church" was run by Zevs Cosmos, and he could be found around the Iowa State University campus selling t-shirts or looking for donations. I never asked if there was an actual church or congregation.)

Honestly for me I got into sourcing shirts from the 70s and 80s because much thinner material was used then which I prefer the look, feel and fit of. Starting in the 90s t-shirts became much boxier and thicker.

From the '91 season with Cherry Capitol Cycling Club. Both are cleaning rag status, but the black was from the Grundig Cup stage held at the Sugarloaf Ski Resort out Glen Arbor way. The pink was a shirt I had as a corner marshal at a crashaterium my club put on. (I'd spell crit with an I rather than an A differently, but the auto-censor hair triggers oddly.)

I was over at my friend’s house and got a picture of that Raleigh sign. He said it used to hang in the front window of a long closed LBS.
