Regarding the chart, forgot to mention that for your 113 spindle, the left side # would go up 1mm, so 69.4mm. The right side # would be the same since the BB shell is 1mm wider on each side.

Strange that the amount that you are over is not equal on each side, assuming that the ISO/JIS was the issue.

With that said, if you see the chainline as an issue, possibly reversing the spindle would be a solution. It would reduce the chainline a little, (if you expect to use the inner portion of the cassette much). The Q would change, but not noticeably, & your frame seems to have chainstay clearance.
