Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

If you also have motorcyclists, set up your outdoor seating such that your building is between the motorcycle parking and the outdoor seating. The building can serve as a noise buffer. The Harleys are getting so loud, if it's busy, they can ruin the outdoor seating.

How do you drink a TV network? I've seen more roadies drink Coors Light or Michelob Ultra than Belgian brews. Of course I'm kinda old and used to live in PHX, AZ so there wasn't much choice back then/there.

Oh, and someone mentioned sodas a while back.

Crucial Sodas = Mexican Cokes, Vernors and Hot Lips Strawberry.
