Non-entries for last mission
Passenger capacity too small on this vessel
(Also, from the other week, my city skyline pic coincidentally also features the ol' corona cruise ship.)

Very good! Good to be reminded sometimes that the world is a big place. For the swamp location, do I have to show the bike half submerged? That would be fun!

Wetland
OK, sprinting since Deal4Fuji tried to do a breakaway:
This section of Addicks Reservoir is always wet and boggy.
Addicks is west of Houston and over-filled during Hurricane Harvey.
Addicks Reservoir (not a lake, not a pond, sewer, well maybe) was built in the late 1940's to protect Houston from flooding. It is maintained empty, but there are several pockets of wetlands, the largest of which is in the photo. I don't ever remember seeing it dry.
We have beaver, river otter, deer, coyote, skunk, possum, raccoon, nutria, javelina, a snake or two and plenty of mosquitoes.
I rode by the Brinks shop the other day and there were a bunch of armored cars parked. If they're working, be careful.
Next Mission: An armored car used to move cash or other valuables.

I had in mind a money-collecting armored car. Let's go with that.

As someone who recently posted an unexpectedly difficult mission, I'd suggest you have a Mr. Bill clause ready. Even under normal times, they don't usually leave those around, Kind of think their security protocols are going to be even more difficult right now.

Armored Cars..
I'll have a mr_bill clause out if we don't have a result by Thursday night.
I will note, however, that they tend to hang out at their dispatch/office/garage which is pretty easy to determine. And they're not stressed there so maybe less risk.
(I do like the idea of APC for a future mission, with hazardous mission points possible....)
And that reminds me.. Purolator? First name that comes to mind in armored cars and oil filters?
Next Mission: An armored car used to move cash or other valuables.

This movie was based on them: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0840361/
Also, some of the City on a Hill series on HBO.

There was a gang of armored car robbers in the 1990s that killed two guards near my neighborhood, so even the garages are secure facilities around here.
This movie was based on them: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0840361/
Also, some of the City on a Hill series on HBO.

So much to unload in one sweatshirt.
First, the generic "Irish Pub" makes me laugh.
Second, "Est. 1975"
Anyone who knows history of The Town and Southie knows what that references. Our "the troubles."
I've only in relatively recent times felt comfortable riding in Charlestown or Southie or Winter Hill (but that's yet another movie).
So, dancing up to the line, let me back away.
Y'all be careful out there. For me this is a pass.

They got gunns. And no sense of humor on duty.
Regarding this mission......
I can go get me an APC picture.
But I'm not brave enough to try for a bank type armored car !
Its going to take a better man than I.

I think this is a good challenge. I keep hoping a brinks truck pulls up beside me at a stop light.

I actually rode by one on Tuesday. A Garda truck parked in front of the Starbucks in Pleasant Hill. At the time I remarked it since there were demonstrations scheduled for later that afternoon. I thought maybe they were saving away their cash. When I got home I read the new mission and remembered. Oh, well.

Mission Amended with mr_bill clause
So, it ends ups that Trans Canada Couriers, Ltd. was bought by Purolator (of oil filter fame) in 1967. When they were sold off in 1987, they retained the name and use it to this day. The oil filter company and the courier company are completely separate businesses. (Credit to Wikipedia.)
I thought they were in the armored car business but I'm not seeing it anywhere; may be due to a short-circuit of 100,000 neurons in my noggin.
So, it makes sense to expand the mission to include couriers.
Next Mission: An armored car used to move cash or other valuables. Beginning at 1:00 am CDT Friday, June 5, any courier or delivery vehicle is acceptable. Bonus points if it is a local or regional service (e.g. Lone Star Overnight in Texas) and bonus points with whipped cream and a cherry if it is a bike courier.

Pretty sure these are delivery and courier vehicles. Agreed?

Breakaway
OK, my regularly scheduled grocery run is tonight, so if you have ganas to bag this one, you better get a move on... and both watermelon and blueberries were already on the list...

Itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow striped watermelon.
(Sorry for the close up, had to find one that would fit the Timbuk2.)
Leaving the mission open for a short time for a proper watermelon. Because while the above is a “watermelon,” if someone hauls a real watermelon home....
