I have the most ridiculous turntable, the Mag-Lev….
and we had the living room turned around where the stereo was in sunlight.
I had Coltrane on the TT and the sun warped it. Usually the Mag-Lev is forgiving of such nonsense. But this was Pringle.

I'm really getting concerned with all this talk about C-sections. There must be some mistake. The Cinelli does not appear to be with child.

Can recall setting the valves on my Honda in the livingroom, but then it was a bachelor pad so I only had to keep management ignorant.

keeping with the C theme, Tim Weisberg with Night Rider, he on his Colnago on the cover.
fun fact, he owned a full Campagnolo tool kit when it was rare for a shop to have one.

I enjoy building wheels to Gerry Mulligan through dynaco tubes and Altec Flamenco's or Valencias. It's all good!

Currently there are 2 wheels, a pump, release liner from tubular tape and my better half in the living room. But I also cleaned the kitchen from last night this morning. I have a grace period before that stuff heads back into the basement.

My wife really doesn't care where I work on things as long as I'm judicious about what I do where so the greasy stuff goes outside, in the garage or my workroom. Most of my assembly work happens in my den anyway where I watch old westerns instead of listening to music.
One thing I have not got her to agree on though is my decorating suggestions.
I have contemplated an OA bath for a frame or two in her whirlpool bath though, but I figure that would be really pushing it.

I like your decorating style!! And, the Raleigh goes well with the neutral palette.
I wanted to build a mount to display a 1966 Ducati Monza (with vintage fiberglass fairing) in the front plate-glass window.
She said, "no."
Even after showing her the same bike was displayed at the Guggenheim's "The Art of the Motorcycle" show.
"Its good enough for a world class museum but not our front window??" I asked.
She said, "no."
That's when the chicken art was moved to the spare bedroom too.
[sometimes I think my name is, "Oh Robert."]
