Slovenia, I think. Rented an old crappy MTB, but had a great time.

From My House: Home to Madison WI... 210 miles
To My House: Portland OR. via zig-zag route to home... @ 2300 miles
Away from my house: Wesbaden Gremany... @ 4500 miles by air. The Air Force sent me there and I rented a 7 speed hub-shifter bike and explored the area.

Took the car to the dealership for service and rode the bike home. Rode back in the afternoon to pick the car up. Only 50 miles round trip and I was pretty bushed after that

I rode a bike once from Finland to Spain. I rode across the US once. I think I have another trip like that left in me.

Southern Italy.

I also did a triangular shaped route of 144 miles from my home in Chicago, the furthest distance was about 62 miles I would guess.

NJ, 2012, bought a big box store bike. Rode it about 3 days.

The furthest from my house? Lake Pleasant, about 40 mi away. Camped overnight.

I own houses everywhere, so it's not possible for me to ever be more than 50 miles from one of them.

I am not sure I understand the parameters.

My longest nonstop ride without sleeping was 765 miles.

The furthest from home would have either been a tour of NZ or Oz. The NZ tour was of both islands, it poured each of the 30 days and I averaged a little over 100 miles each day, sleeping in a tent each night. The Oz tour was just a little add on. It was about a week's duration.

I also started a ride of about 4500 miles from home, riding to my home.

Ha, forgot about that! Did that too. 2009-2010, "commuted" from the hooch to the "office" for the better part of a year on a pretty crappy bike checked out from MWR. Grand total of a half-mile each way
