Thanks for the updated photo...it looks very primitive in nature but got the job done, I wonder if the originals were done in the same way?
Now if I could find a hub.
BTW, I used some Somec T-shirts to wrap the frame I sent.

This was an Ambrosio disc wheel given to me for free when I bought a bike:




I can’t see inside but as far as I can feel it’s a smooth fiberglass disc and hollow inside. The disc is riveted to the hub flange.

I got when I bought my Battaglin Lo-pro. I've got unfinished projects all over the garage!
