I might be 50+ but I am by no means an old person, thank you very much. Most times I ride my filthy and neglected beater Schwinn. It's my dedicated errand runner/train station commuter/urban recreation rider. Put 8 miles on it today running errands around town.

My new Canyon Endurace and my Frankin Kestrel RT 1000 Philadelphia Flyers edition :-) . My original Kestrel developed a crack in the frame which ASI (now bankrupt parent company) replaced under warranty however they did not have the same year frame I owned which was matte grey with yellow highlights. So I got this one and tried to add bling with the orange tape.

1980 Raleigh Merlin 5sp Town bike

Most recent find here. Couldn't resist it...
Time warp condition with Shimano Positron system working well.

Not bad for a 40 year old? All original except saddle I believe.
Damaged front guard is the only negative.

It's in better condition than I am!
But I'm 5 years away from being twice its age; )

I guess I'm a Raleigh fanboy now, although I rode a Peugeot during the bike boom in college. 64 year old fart here.

^ Nice Raleighs! BTW, what pedals are you using on them? They look grippy but lightweight.

Cheap "Wheel Up" aluminum off the bay of e. Never weighed them but they work fine and were cheap!

Ad says they're 300 grams a pair, not terribly light?

Here’s the latest project bike, soon to join the riders.
Acquired this one because of the glorious ride this frameset in this size delivers. Need to upgrade to tubular wheels.

‘82 AustroDaimler Vent Noir. Assembled mostly from my parts bin. Campy ders, Zeus brakes/levers, Stronglight crank, Cinelli bars/stem. Brother to my AD Olympian.

I’ve never ridden the Super Sprint, and really don’t plan to, as its going to be traded off this spring.

But......It’s an SL frame with a bit of Cromor tubing in a couple of places to stiffen it up for sprint work.

Now to SL frames in general, the Rossin I have, about the same production year as the Super Sprint, is all SL, with geometry about the same as a Colnago SL [Rossin at one time was a top Colnago employed frame builder]. That bike is an absolute dream to ride. It just soaks up the road and turns it into glass. You can ride all day and it’s just comfy and responsive. If I buy another vintage steel bike, you can bet its going be SL or nothing!
