But sunken ships are always good. Especially when lots of people drown and float up to the top. The making for an awesome panorama!

it looks like they're getting a restock on the 09's in July. But i had a quick sizing question in respect to this frame in particular as i'm planning to get it while it's still on sale. Search turned up nothing good, neither did google, didnt want to make a new thread

I'm 5'7" standing on my cleats with 29'' inseam and according to this sizing chart on the FTP's (it doesnt say for which year/model) https://www.evanscycles.com/product_d...zing-chart.pdf it says i should be riding a 54cm?! I had a 54cm Fuji Feather and i had to return it cause it was wayy too big. Got a 52 instead i still feel it's a tiny bit too big. Which size would fit me best? 49 or 52?

Thanks. Last question: where, if any, is the maximum cutting point on the seatmast? Or anything that says "do not cut below this point?"

How long is this deal running for? I have been lurking for a good deal on a nice frame to build up a new bike this summer.

wtff nashbar doesnt have the frame in a 50cm but excelsports has the frameset in 50 for 6 bills! I asked Fuji N.America for sizing help and gave them my measurements and they told me the 52 FTP wont fit me even though i ride a 52 Fuji Feather.

your height doesnt really mean anything. I would get the 49 with a 29" inseam...

A re-cap for my sake:
Nashbar FTP worth buying only if:
-Rigidity and Stiffness don't concern you
- > 44T Chainring on crimped chainstay doesn't bother you (because you don't ride on a track)
- The only reason you are thinking of buying the FTP is because the MSRP is $1,000 and aesthetics and street cred are the only things that concern you.

Is this more or less accurate?

That sounds about spot on to me, with a 44T chainring I believe that bike does in fact look faster than it can actually be ridden.

I asked nashbar about the new shipment

Thanks for your inquiry. These are 2009 frames. All have the deficiency of the 44t max ring limit. Price is not schedule for change.

Cheers, Luke

U lucky guys who got the crimped stays
