Beer, hot wings, tequila, and whiskey.

Occasionally at the same time, as appetizers for bacon cheeseburger with Roquefort and an egg.

I try to limit this to a few times a year, usually when the Bruins are in the Cup Finals.

Coffee. Tons of it. To the point of making me sick. Usually 4-6 cups a day. Used to smoke tons, drink tons, eat tons. Left all of that, dropped 50 pounds and pulled out of depression.

biggest vice now? Exercising. When im not exercising i feel terrible. Also spending tons of time on this forum with the obsession for the bike and spending a fortune that i cant really afford.

Simple carbs, especially baked sweets. I'm a sucker for a good cookie, brownie, or piece of pie. I find it especially hard to avoid them when I'm overworked and overtired. It's been tough this winter as the lack of outdoor exercise and an abundance of extra hours at work, have resulted in a lot of unnecessary munching.

Caffine is my second worst food vice. I've quit it several times but always seem to get started again during the short days of winter. Without it, I'd hibernate like a bear. In the summer, I really don't need it.

My third vice is spending way too much time online when I can't be out riding.
