Well....I found a Super Prof SS available at a LBS but not sure I want it in 650b. At $1800CDN I'm going to think hard about it. If it was in-stock with 700C's I'd be reaching for my CC......

Most of my riding is done on paved roads and occasionally exploring `fire roads`` so thinking 700c is the way to go. On the other hand 650B may open up a new riding experience for me.
Perhaps the answer to my dilemma is to get two sets of wheels or perhaps an extra set of Road tire for the 650B wheels......hmmmmm

In seriousness, I would say if you are interested in the bike, try it and you may end up really like 650b. Worst case, you sell the wheels as 650b is so hot right now. fwiw, a lot of my riding is paved as well, and I still enjoy the benefit of fat tires. Either way, good luck, I hope you get a bike you like!
