Maybe you could rig something up with some golf clubs.

just carry the pizza like a school book... it'll kinda turn into a calzone after a few blocks though.

Place a graduation “mortar board” on your head and strap the pizza box to that with a couple of cutouts on the pizza box for the drinks. Problem solved.
You may need to add a chin strap to that mortar board.

**** delivering drinks I abandon those orders, but you can rest the pizza on your bars and hold a corner without messing the box up very much. Pizza bounces around a bit but is fine. Bottle cages are crap for delivering drinks but it beats ruining your bag, when I delivered for jimmy johns I would put a bunch of stickers on the lid and then put in a bigger cup with more stickers. You dont have time for that BS when doordashing tho

Get a bike cargo trailer. They have some that are covered.
And they won’t add any weight to the bike.

Why didn't you say so before?? (Instead of claiming the reason is "weight, actually.")
Search "p clamps for bike rack" (aka cable clamps, i.e., rubber-coated stainless steel p-shaped loops) and order a set of the correct diameter, or buy them from your local hardware store.
