The issue is not that I don't like reading what Adriano says. The issue is that the nasty comments in the pictures thread discourages people from putting their pictures up and I like seeing pictures.

Showing rainbow flake isn't so much the angle of the light source it's more having the light be very directional, and not diffuse. The sun is directional but a bright clear sky puts a load of ambient diffuse light all over the place. Better to put the bike in a dark overhang where there is low ambient light and all directional light to reflect off the fluke.
