I assume you mean what ergogenic aids to use...
Cytomax. The shorter the event, the more you take. Sounds simple enough, but I honestly think 2 scoops of this stuff turns me into a monster.
I've tried N0xplod and all the weightlifting stuff. While they def can do more to get you amped, I find the muscle pumps to be prohibitively intense.
