yeah, and it's probably the mountain biker in me.

Guess you just need a race cut one then. I have the same problem.

These are from last weekend:

Bummed I can't race this weekend. Trashed my back at the gym. Dumb.

Tour de Gruene, on the climb, keeping it dialed back a bit for my teammate (brother-in-law). Is it messed up that I'm planning to drop 5 lbs?

Here is one from a TT... flaring nostrils usually indicate tremendous suffering (oops can't figure out how to embed...):

FormerRower, i think this is you, right?

As for instructions, go to the picture to which you want to link, you'll see the URL for embed. Check the box for "image only (no link)". Whatever is in the textbox underneath the word "embed image" will be the direct link. You can choose one of three sizes for the picture.

eh - race what you have...
If there were only 2-3 races a year where I used a skinsuit I wouldn't own one either.

the triathlon bike is much more a sin in my mind... you sir, are indelibly branded as a tri-geek (or ex-tri-geek) in our minds

Heh, that's what happened when I lost 10 lbs over the course of a season... hard to believe but I am in fact wearing a skinsuit! I'm lucky I didn't post the bottom part of the picture... despite being only a "bike racer" (and I use that designation loosely), I was racing with a pair of TR50s

aHA!
it's okay - we welcome converts around here - and if you are racing w/ colavita, you probably are one.
don't worry about those upper body mucles - you won't be needing them around here :-)

So much suffering. People told me my knees were turning purple. Doesn't matter, I couldn't feel them.

do you put them over your bibs? Leg warmers under your bibs and they shouldn't fall down.
