Yeah, you just threw away any aero benefit from the new wheels with the 44s. Put on a set of low RR tires with the same inflated width as your rims' outside measurement. What you have there now is freaking ugly. You're not a fool, but you've been talking to someone who thinks you are.. Salespeople, god I hate salespeople who are into the sale and just sling BS. Then they laugh about it with their buddies afterwards. I've done a lot of selling, I've seen it. If you're really into road, get rid of that spacer. Aero is king.

yea the RH I returned btw,
now theres a set of 40mm knobbies since this bike is for gravel now. and the Pro 3V are 35mm depth so not hugely aero, but yes. salespeople suck
