Fresh tape and hoods... swapped the single pivot 105 calipers for some dual pivot 600 Ultegra calipers and fresh pads I had laying around in the garage.. swapped out the Sakae drop bar for an ergo bend Italiamunibri drop bar

I would have to wager a guess that mine is in the 33 lb range or so. It is not heavy given the fact that it is a 19" large, those tires are 26x4.8 and aside from the pedals and grips it is bone stock.
