I’m fairly certain I have one. If so, yours for the cost of shipping.

DONE - GOT A SET OF DURA ACE. CHEERS!

A repeat of a "WTB" advert in the C&V section:
Anybody have a 175mm Shimano double crankset, JIS square taper they are looking to sell? Or trade? I have a 170mm 600 on this frameset I'm looking to sell: https://www.bikeforums.net/g/picture/22586279 (if this was 175mm, I'd keep it)

I think I want this crankset:
https://velobase.com/ViewComponent.a...115&AbsPos=401
- but it's "OCTALINK", so then I'd need to replace my BB. Which, maybe I can do, as this Ultegra crankset will match the front/rear derailleur and hubs.
Let me know if you can help. Otherwise I'm off the fleaBay Market......

ciao.

ISO: Top mount shifters, square boss. Or even just the mount so I can attempt hacking it into a cable stop.

Shimano or Suntour boss?

My Shimano Dura Ace AX frame uses a smaller boss and bolt than the Suntour equipped bike I have does.

Cheers

Try threading a standard M5 bolt into the boss. If it fits it's a Suntour boss. Otherwise it'll be a Shimano one and iirc that uses a 4.5mm bolt.
Cheers

Thanks for the help Miele Man and mrv, these type of shifters are new to me. I need to double check, but I believe I have a Shimano boss as I happened to try threading an M5 the other day and was like "huh, that's odd." Going to reach out to mrv now...

I think we got our wires crossed mrv . I'm looking for the shifters that bolt on to the downtube. There's a square boss on the downtube with a threaded hole to mount them. Like thia:

ISO a new home. This one snuck in this week, maybe as Joe says: "she came in through the bathroom window". But she needs to go to a new home in the hands of a BF member. Tall ( 25"? ) Lavender Cannondale with interesting decorations. It has already got the pool noodles on and wants to get inside the shipping box. Frame and fork. What you see is what you get. AS always first to respond is first in line. Cost of shipping, likely $50 through Ship Bikes PM me Smiles, MH

Appears to have been ready for some touring racks.

Front fork rack mounts.

Exotic paint on down tube.

Same paint scheme on rear stay.

Comes complete with a few battle scars. Maybe a bit of nail polish to repair?
