This is probably the latest picture of this green (under the leather tube protection) bike.

It's currently wet & cold here, so I'm doing a little maintenance & reconfiguration. New brake pads, removal of low rider racks, probably new brake cables & housing as well.

The marbled green of my my 1956 Royal Nord President. Even the rear rack is color matched. Someday I will get a picture that brings its "true colors" alive.

Tx!

And you're right, it is one of the smaller bikes that rides fantastic and fits me very well despite being quite small for me by the numbers. It has some odd sort of criterium or something geometry that makes it fly down the road, even with me on it.

Couple of interesting things, it was built in Eugene OR while BG was there and he spent time in PDX hanging out and riding with Merz and DiNucci.

That and the fact that Dave Levy used this and the big silver Merz for the fitting of the new Strawberry that also turned out fantastic make it one of the very special bikes that I own.

Anybody that doubts the importance of PDX in the framebuilding universe need look no further than the work of these and the many builders that have followed and spent time here.

Choosing the precise shade of green from the many available can be a difficult art.

Color matching...

Personally, I think I nailed it!

The Miyata 210 leaning on bridge railing over Chagrin River

The Miyata 210 Touring bike is such a dark shade of green that sometimes it's hard to tell. I'll need to get a new photo since I mounted a pair of full fenders on it.

I bought this last year. It was a cheap low mileage bike that had inoperable STI levers. I flushed and lubed the shifters, and made a few bucks. I really like the satin green finish on it.

I’ve put off wrapping these bars for far too long. This Anthracite can go from a dark hunter green to a teal blue green depending on the light. Thinking about blinging it out with a gold chain.

Painting Specialties - Les Lunas (RIP) was Bruce's painter at the time, painted under that brand. Original owner of the Gordon was a good friend of Les, and a good friend of his surviving wife.
