There are some products aimed at bicycles and motorcycles for crash detection and passive emergency contact. Google 'crash detection' and 'incident detection.' There must be one that uses 406Mhz SARSAT, or other sat networks by now.
I've got a 12-year old SARSAT device which must be about done on its battery. Never had to push the button yet. Probably not worth getting it serviced as they've gotten way smaller since then, and I've taken up sea kayaking so probably want something with additional options for open water

I have had a Spot tracker for years, and I think if I were to buy now, I would go with the garmin.
