Magazine ???...Is Bicycling the one?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Velo. Lots of great articles and news that will have you reading it cover-cover for a few hours over a few days.

Bicycling is HORRIBLE. Nothing of value at all in any issues.

Speaking of Bicycling, did anybody else notice that as soon as you started receiving your free subscription to Bicycling as a team Performance member "perk" Bicycling started reviewing Performance branded gear???

I have a subscription to Cycling Plus. Generally good, but the grammar is terrible. They should hire a copy editor.

+1. I just picked one up before the tour, and while expensive, it's also packed with info. I love it when magazines have enough writing to warrant more than 2 reading sessions. I kind of see it as The Economist of cycling.

i get bicycling. Reason being it cost $4 on ebay for a 3 year subscription. $4 is a great investment for 36 months of toilet reading.

I get Roadbike Action because I was a big MTBA fan, but I have been having second thoughts lately...

I saw the ad for sex pillows in Bicycling and am having trouble understanding how they attach to the saddle. Would duct tape help?

I picked up a copy of Velo magazine recently, and am teaching myself French to get through it. After a few issues I'll be a full-blooded frog-eating surrender monkey.
