yeah, i guess... a couple of riders out of hundreds. You know just as well as I do, that "THE" frame material to get right now is Carbon. If you want a high resale value on your bike, go carbon.

he also tried out a aluminum cannondale, and guess what.. the Giant composite is more comfortable.

Sure, aluminum maybe a little stiffer and faster, but who cares about speed when you won't get on the bike because it kills your back?

you're right about it being the same frame, but you got the price wrong.

MSRP for a comp 0 isn't 5k (that's the advanced IIRC).

the MSRP for an '05 was 4050$, and the '06 is 4300$
