Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I agree but stop down a bit...a little DOF is a good thing (f1.6 in the first pic) That's the 50/1.4 I assume? Don't tell me the 1.2L.

Did not have my flash on me and was trying to make the best of the lighting conditions at work. I was in a hurry so the last thing on my mind was having my camera set up properly. It's all second nature now (the photography thing). I will have better pics when I bring her (the bike) home.

That is the 1.4
The 1.2 is much sharper but not worth it at the moment without a fullframe to take pics with.

That is one of the sharpest looking Madones I've seen. Super slick.

I did a double take when I saw the Race wheels on there with Red. Wonder what it'll weigh with a better wheelset?

It will be 14lbs +/-.5 race ready with my hand built wheels. This includes water bottle cages and computer.

Kinlin XR300 + Aerolite Spokes + Chris King R45 (Swift) road hubs.

I am also guessing my scale at work isn't very accurate. I have a digital one at home which I will be use.

Cheers everyone!
