I'm looking for all the following items for a new build.
7-speed freewheel, with 28 or 30 large cog.
28-hole tubular rims (new or very lightly used)
Challenge Tubular tires - Strada Bianca or Paris Roubaix (new or very lightly used)
I have the following items to trade
Phil Wood 27" wheel set (mis-matched rims)
Chorus 10 crankset
Campy Record crank bolts and washers
Campy Record dropout adjusters (new)
Campy chainring bolts
Campy Record front derr. (both with and without lip)
Campy Record downtube shifters (both clip-on and braze-on)
Campy Record french headset
Campy Record 8 speed rear derailleur (missing barrel adjuster)
Universal LR-1 brake lever set (new)
Shimano 600 tricolor front derr. 28.6 (FD 6401)
Shimano XT front derr. 34.9 (FD M737)
Shimano 8-speed hyperglide cassette - New (HG50-8)
Suntour Superbe Pro front derr. for braze-on fitment
Clement XPLOR MSO 700 x 40 tire (ridden 65 miles)
Some of the items I want are more valuable than some of the items I'm offering but I'm sure I can come up with a way to make up the difference.
Thanks,
Brent

I found the pair that did not sell at the Alameda swap (another pair did) and these have the "modern" logo and are marked "64-38" and "Giro D'Italia" and have scratches but nothing is damaged. Measured to be 26.4 by my calipers...I'd offer you pix but the ones I took with my cellphone are locked in limbo-land cause my phone is acting up today. Maybe it needs a bath in the Bay!

You appear to have Campy Chorus(?) on your Kestrel, @Last ride 76. Are you planning a Shimergo setup or converting all the way over to Shimano?
is just a real cool dude

Hey Gang,
A neighbor of mine asked me this morning if I knew anyone selling a nice road bike.
He's in his early 50's, 5"7" with a medium build and recently retired from the military.
I was hoping you could help me find this gentleman a C&V bike.
Anyone in the Twin Cities area who has, or knows of someone selling a nice road bike please let me know.
Thank you,
T.

ISO a nice lugged steel 52-54cm frameset (frame, fork, plus any extras like BB, headset, and stem). My wish list:
- Italian or Belgian - think De Rosa, Pinarello, Merckx, etc., or possibly a steel LOOK
- High-end Columbus tubing - think SLX, TSX, MAX, EL, etc. or Reynolds equivalent (i.e., 753, 631). Would consider SL. Would not consider Cromor, Aelle, Gara, Tretubi, etc.
- Internal brake cable routing
- Short of a fully-chromed bike (it is possible to have too much of a good thing!), chrome trim is great - think fork, rear triangle, lugs, dropouts, and so forth.
- Clearance for at least 25mm tires (which shouldn't be a problem I think), though up to 27-28mm would be even better.
Looking forward to seeing what you have

Want to make a set or I'll be forced to throw there in the metal recycling.

Want 1 1/8 alloy quill stem with a rise but only 60mm long, would look like the following pictures.
This one is stuck but I really like the look and want to just hack it out but only if I can find a replacement just like it. The welded stem just does not have the same beefy look.

ISO decent(metal) clamp on front derailleur and claw rd for an old 10 speed
The simplex set on my fiance's bike finally gave up.
Not much to barter with as I am just getting really into bikes.
Have a set of steel 27x1 1/4 wheels with high flange hubs, dimpled
And a brand new shimano hg 41 MTB cassette 11-28
I'm in West Michigan

I have an 8 speed 11-32 Shimano cassette I'd like to trade for an 8 speed 11-28 or so cassette. Mine has about 1500 miles on it, and still going strong, so used is fine.
Anyone want lower gears? I don't!

ISO Dura Ace AX FRONT hub & 7 spd 105 Downtube shifters
I have two bicycle projects I'd like to finish.
I have a complete Dura Ace AX groupset except for the front hub. I put all the other parts on my Columbus SL MIELE frameset I had converted to take this groupset.
I really would like a front Dura Ace AX hub so I can have the entire bike in AX. Anyone have a front Dura Ace AX hub they want to sell?
For my other project I need a set of braze-on 105 downtube shifters in 7 speed. Anyone have a pair for sale?
Thanks and cheers

ISO lots of random stuff. Most of it to build something similar to my bike that was recently stolen or other projects.
650B wheelset, 5, 6 or 7 speed.
Nitto stem
Nitto promenade bars.
Dia come brake levers that will work on swept back bars.
Suntour Cyclone GT rear derailleur
Sugino AT 170 or 172.5mm crankset. No chainrings needed.
Have lots:
Shimano 600 tricolor brake calipers and levers, crankset (172.5mm), front braze on derailleur, shifters (for 7 speed rear).
700c velocity aerohead laced to tricolor hubs.
Brooks B17 new, but with a scuff on back.
Very short reach nitto technomic stem, about 60mm I'd say.
Nitto rando bars, almost new.
7 speed ultegra rear derailleur
170mm SR Apex triple crankset
Deore 660 rear and front derailleur
Lots of other random stuff as well!
Thanks!

I have the same request as @Spaghetti Legs if two turn up. I can trade a Chorus BSA threaded BB. I would do Miche or some other ISO taper make as well.

Pardon my ignorance with all things index, but it's a RD 6500 and it is currently indexing with 7 speed cassette and a trip-color. After a google search, this should be a 9 speed derailleur?

Gotcha. I wasn't sure if it was 6200, 6400 (both labeled 600) or a later Ultegra labeled RD. That one was originally 9 speed, but most Shimano indexes exactly the same 6 through 10 speed.
