ISO-- A triple crankset for my wifes bike. 170 or 172 length. I would prefer something with 52/39/30 gearing-- with the 39 being the key number there. I would also prefer something that looks right and works with an ultegra 6500 nine speed group. I would also be interested in the matching bottom bracket-- english threads.

I also looking for the 28.6 clamp that I would need to put a braze ultegra 6500 front dérailleur on her bike. I am really not sure exactly what this looks like, or what I need, but hopefully someone does.

HAVE: Ultegra 6503 Triple Crankset-- 175mm length, 52/42/30 gearing. I also have the matching octalink 6500 bottom bracket-- italian threads. I have other stuff as well.

I also have super champion 36 hole 27inchers with a regina 6sp free wheel laced to SR hubs that I'd love to trade for a 36 hole clincher on SR hubs. These wheels would be the PERFECT crowning touch for a very high end touring bike.

WTB: Raleigh LTD 3 fork

So, I scored a free Raleigh LTD 3. All good except the bent fork. Heard this one before, eh?

ISO/WTB
1" threaded fork (for the aforementioned bike, correct?). If it's straight, I don't care what it looks like, mostly.

Want:
Shimano 600 Ultegra (6400) Group

I'm kind of new to road cycling and thought this would be a good group to start with. 8 Speed STI's etc.
I'm willing to buy these parts as I don't have much to trade to be honest.

Have:
- 1988 Miyata 110 Complete and all original
- Shimano 600 Arabesque front and rear derailleurs
- Suntour Cyclone Mk II front derailleur (I have the rear as well but the braze on threading is broken)
- Sakae CX Crank
- Miyata 710 fork
- Suntour downtube shifters that came on a Miyata 710 with the Cyclone Mk II stuff

If nobody has Shimano 600 groups, any ideas where the best place to find them would be?

the Bay, the Bay. Also, I'll beat wrk101 to this: Donor Bike.

Scout out a donor bike with the group you want, then offset your purchase, if you can, by peddling the frame and other bits. pun intended.

The shifters will run you $100. I've been looking for a pair myself. OK, 2 pair.

The other stuff will run you about $125-$150.

Thanks for the advice! I've actually got my eye on a few auctions right now. I picked up a rear derailleur already for $17 but may look for another because it does appear to have a lard paint chip. I have also been looking at a few donor bikes but am finding often that the ones on the bay are always overpriced!

I had a complete 6400 group that I sold for $300...

Today I met a guy with a really nice 8sp DA group for sale. No clue how much he wants for it, but if you're interested send me your contact info, and I'll pass it along.

Looking for a Vredestein Fortezza Piste tire

I picked up one Vredestein Fortezza Piste tire at Trexlertown from someone's bargain box last weekend, and now I'm looking for a match to complete the pair. The vendor said that there were two in the box, but someone bought one of the two! Jeez! Why didn't they buy two - they were only five bucks each!

Anyway, if you have one of these odd tires, please let me know. They look like the older Fortezzas with natural colored sidewalls with white fabric around the bead, but the tread is also a natural rubber tan instead of black. It's a pretty unique looking tire.

Looking to buy, or trade for, a Cinelli model 64 Giro D'Italia (non-grooved) 42 cm handlebar. I would prefer an earlier version (the third?) up to and including the "star" one.

I have the earliest version, a 38 cm model 64 in excellent condition to trade.

Please answer by private message.

A sealed shimano fixed BB cup, 7400, 6400, 1050sc, I would take a whole bb unit but all I need is the fixed cup. Like the one in the pic (pic from velobase.) I got an ebay bb and the fixed cup is mangled.

Need: Pair of toe cages to fit Shimano clip pedals- the ones with triangle screw mount holes at the bottom (sole) side. Prefer metal ones like from 600 tricolor series, but plastic/nylon ones from later RSX a possibility.

Have:
* Pair of new 60" brake cables with the circular end (like MTB, not like road bike) in white.
* Lincoln
