Can't tell from the picture, easy enough to tell with it in person. Do this, mount that tire on an old school hooked alloy rim, and blow it up to 130 lbs, then you will know. Wear hearing protection. Or zip ties...

So in just a few weeks of owning this $3000 bike you have had a tire tear apart at the bead(that's what it looks like), you broke a spoke, and you've gone thru brake pads?

That may be the cheapest and worst put together $3000 bike of all time...or you abuse bikes and need to take up a different hobby.

ETA- or was the brake pad issue on your new fixie that you couldn't even remember the brand name of?
Regardless, the second option above stands.

3k is definitely not the starting point for disc equipped road bikes. What kind of bike is this?

Bike shop said it looks like the tire, I thought it was the wheel because I think this is the 3rd broken spoke. No brake pads replaced, but the rotor is severely discolored. Its one of those carbon disk brake bikes that are like 3k, there's like 6+ brands or something and they are all similar. I think the "cheap" pinerello is the one you see all over that is most similar to this model, they are all roughly 3k, like this one https://www.incycle.com/products/202...BoC6NYQAvD_BwE

The faux-fixie is the one whose brake pads died in a week, I bought it because I kept breaking spokes on the carbon thing and don't like riding it with broken spokes.

I imagine riding with one broken spoke puts a lot of extra strain on the others, so if you keep breaking spokes, maybe it's because you're riding it with broken spokes.

Larry, more than likely, the wheels are not designed to carry your weight. I ride Fast Forward wheels and the road versions are rated for 220 pound rider. This is the gravel version that is rated for 265 pounds. https://ffwdusa.com/product/gravel/drift/

That is an example not a recommendation. IMO, you need stronger wheels rated for your weight which can be purchased or have them custom made with more spokes.

Edit:

And more than likely, the remaining spokes in the wheel are compromised since you broke 3 spokes already. Judgement call...the wheel may not be safe for you to ride.

Like others said, it's not a tire bead seating problem, it's a sidewall problem. Replace that tire ASAP.
