all I asked my parents to do when they came to my last duathlon was take a picture of me while I was cycling (I've never actually seen what I look like riding), instead I get this : a picture of me running.....from behind....

edit* also I am aware that I have no ass in this picture

never mind the ass-less-ness, what about the tan-less-ness?! Of course I realize that skin without a tan is actually healthy skin...

hah.. yeah that tan was pretty slick eh?
Well for the beginning of the summer I would usually go out cycling in a regular jersey and then run in just a sweat shirt which resulted in a nice farmers tan as you can see. About a month before that race I finally bought some triathlon clothes and gave everyone the pleasure of seeing my horrid tan lines
(it's better now, I promise!)

A family friend did the same to me as I finished my half ironman a year ago. She missed the front shot so she got my backside passing under the finish line. Photographic evidence indicated that I have the opposite type of ass, the kind the orca women's speedo suit doesn't quite cover...while I can't recover the 5 or so hours I spent flashing the world, I now race in a different suit.

Or press print screen(on top left of keyboard), then in MS Paint, click edit>paste. then Use the highlight tool(top left of toolbar, which is on the right of screen). Outline your picture, then press ctrl+c, then go file>new, then press ctrl+v, and save where you want to. Just another way, its faster then it sounds.

Yeah, and I want to know what genius at Speedo decided to call a women's suit "orca" *

Honestly... generally I like to avoid using terms related to whale, cow, pig, and the like in the same sentence as bathing suit.

*please don't tell me that it was the genius who decided orcas are sleek and fast and top-of-the-food-chain predators

Well, they were going to go with "I'm a female piranha with PMS, so get out of my way" but that wouldn't fit on the suit, and they laid off the marine biologist the week before, so the biology-challenged manager just picked `orca' because he thought it was cute.

Funny post Aquagirl...I actually laughed out loud. My wife always shakes her head when I do that sitting in front of the computer.

I never thought of orca that way but totally agree with you. Based on racergirl's account, maybe they should call it the Full Moon

Well, I didn't mean to offend. I'm just decorum challenged, as my wife will be only too happy to attest...

Hah! I was hurting! (I hadn't really trained properly.) But I'm glad I was able to hide it from all the racers who blazed by me.
