Surprisingly I don't have a problem with fog on my sunnies. Sweat on the inside though dripping down from my brow, that's another matter. I wish Oakley would put their 'anti water coating' or whatever it's called on the inside of their lenses as well as the outside.

I live in sunny Australia and I don't wear sunglasses anymore although when I was younger I wouldn't go anywhere without them and I certainly used to experience what you are talking about.
It can take a little while for your eyes to adjust but once you do you won't miss the sunglasses anymore.
I have the recessive GINGER gene. No shades is completely not an option for me. I use a head band and when i start to feel it filling up i push my helmet to the side of my head and squeegee it all out the side.

+1 Halo Headband. On longer rides it may have to be wrung out after a long while, but then it works again just great.

Do NOT run them through the clothes drier!

I always wear a Halo Headband. I've had problems with my glasses fogging up when starting rides in the past. The frames of my old sunglasses were right against my eye brows. The ones I purchased last week now have a gap at the top of the frame and that has helped with the fogging. However, even with my Halo, my eye brows get bushy, hold the sweat and then eventually drip on the inside of the lens. I guess that means it's time to trim my brows.
