I don't know what this will be when finished but it's going to be a radical change to that area, and probably is the death-knell for Waterside Workshops.

https://napabike.org/bikefest/Napa Bike Fest, with Swap Meet
Bikefest brings together bike enthusiasts from across the Bay Area for a day of celebrating life on two wheels.
Sunday, May 7, 2023 | 9 AM – 3:30 PM | South Napa Century Center
Buyers: Free entry for buyers or anyone who wants to come look. Find great deals on new and used bicycles, parts, accessories, and clothing.
Sellers: The Napa County Bicycle Coalition is hosting a bicycle swap meet and vendor booths at Napa Bikefest on Sunday, May 7, 9am-3:30pm.
Sellers can purchase up to two 10’x10’ spaces for $55 each. Each space will have at least an additional 4′ of space in front or in back of the 10′ x 10′ space. We will have easy access to unload in the morning before the event. The event will take place in an uncovered parking lot, so a tent with sandbags is recommended. Specific load-in and (free) parking instructions will be emailed to you prior to May 7.
The bike swap and vendor booths are currently limited to 30 spaces, with a possibility of more room depending on demand. We’re expecting between 500-800 people; our event will bring in buyers! This family friendly event will happen rain or shine.
Message me for the sign up link!
Commission: If you only have one or two items you can drop them off at Napa Bikefest the morning of the event for Napa County Bicycle Coalition (NCBC) to sell for you on commission. NCBC will take 40% of the sale price (30% of sale price for NCBC members). All items must be picked up by the end of the event or they will be considered donations.
All proceeds from space rentals will benefit the Napa County Bicycle Coalition. Swap and vendor spaces are non-refundable.
All proceeds from space rentals will benefit the Napa County Bicycle Coalition.

^^^thank you for this notice. I can't seem to discover who is hosting this event. SABA has no listing for it, and they hosted the last one. Would like to reserve a table.
Edit: I just called Two Rivers, and it's an open event with no sponsors. No charges for display or sales. Bring your own table. Opens around 1pm when the bar opens.

The swap was great. I'm lucky to have returned home with any cash at all!
Maybe I can produce my own swag photo, suffice to say that the prices were really low on a lot of the gems.
I bought a really heavy and old truing stand, will have to post it up in order to find out more about it.
Jeez, Jubilee RD, Campy brifters, two sets of wheels for hybrid and fixie, a cool, 4-1/4" / 110mm GB stem, the exact Sakae/Modolo 25.4mm Anatomic bars I was looking for, even a couple of SRAM Red components.
Did not find any WTB Lazer saddles that I am always looking for.
Many brifters for $10 each, seemingly functional. Some cool CLB calipers, one guy even sold me a brand new garden hose for $10, wth.
A vendor had a full-carbon Specialized Diverge with carbon wheels for just $1500, but I didn't bring that kind of money.
Sierra Nevada had a beer booth.
A local high school band produced really great music for the crowd.

One of the Jubilee's tiniest-ever limit screws is missing, hoping it's a standard thread size but not counting on that. It also has smooth pulleys the Huret claw mount bracket mounted.
The GB stem was in a box in the fenced area for commisioned sales, I paid 10 for it and it is clear anodized, with someone's driver's license engraved into it in very small numbers/letters

It was only about 9:10am when I found it buried in a box of one-legged cranksets and chainrings. Same vendor had all the brifters and some other gems.

Yeah, I spent much time at their booth and thanked them for coming to the swap. Half of my pile came from those guys, including several modernish indexing derailers, 9s MTB, Campy Veloce, SRAM Red and Force, and Dura-Ace 10s.
